| Education: |
Bachelor's in
Business or other beneficial subject. Masters in Business preferred. |
| Experience: |
Any business
experience which demonstrates knowledge of all business facets and good selling and
negotiating skills. Work is demanding. Only those with intellect,
perseverance, and persuasive personality succeed. |
| Knowledge: |
Must possess
good understanding of all business facets but have especially solid grasp of accounting,
finance and legal issues which affect business sales. Must be a salesperson at
heart. |
| Personality: |
Should have an
extremely out-going and assertive nature, but must also have the ability to placate the
emotional needs of others. Must also be a detail person and precisely organized.
Must be constant self-starter and self-educator. |
| Duties: |
Manages all
aspects of Merger & Acquisition assignments for Stonemark clients. Includes
solicitation and sales; review and facilitation of fees; assisting in the investigation,
research and preparation of offering documents; study, precaution and execution of
marketing programs, canvassing and communications with clients, respondents, finders,
Co brokers and others; qualification and relations with respondents; arrangement of and
participation in negotiations concerning purchase and sale, coordination of due-diligence
and closing procedures. If apprenticing, would work for an experienced Investment
Banker and learn those skills necessary to become a full fledged Project Manager and
Intermediary. Those duties and skills are as follows: |
| Apprenticeship: |
Experienced
Investment Bankers can join the firm and effectively launch their own practice inside a
firm with well defined resources and tools. Others, moving from other career's or just
beginning their move into investment banking can consider progressing through Stonemark's
established Internship and Apprentice Program. It provides training, team participation
and the opportunity to earn reasonable commissions. |
| Skills: |
Must be able to
coordinate the needs of various parties, reconcile differences, design creative solutions
to complex conflicts, and (most importantly) take the instigator role at all times. Must
be able to work fast, smart and long hours. If the intermediary does not take charge of
each transaction the transaction will ultimately fail. |

| INTRO:
Stonemark is a
growing Investment Banking firm specializing in the purchase and sale of
medium to larger sized, usually privately held companies. Ours is an
extremely competitive but highly lucrative industry. The work is
hard, the hours are long, the satisfaction is immense. |
| DETAILS:
Many positions are
paid a combination of salary and incentive pay. Compensations shown
are full time annual. Part time would be prorata. Project Manager
positions are usually compensated on a commission basis only, but the
commission is substantial. Paid Apprentice program possible for all
jobs. Interns are paid expenses only and should be enrolled in under
or upper graduate college programs. No job will be filled unless a highly
capable candidate is located. Not all jobs are available at all
times. Hiring decisions based on a wide range of factors, primary of

| INTERNING
& APPRENTICING:
Stonemark's Internship program is for Under grad or graduate college
students. It is an 8 to 13 week unpaid program that provides valuable
hands on experience and credentials. Successful attendees may have the
option of moving into Stonemark's paid Apprentice program that lasts
