Equity Participation

In addition to arranging equity from third parties, Stonemark itself seeks to make investments in medium-sized, privately-held Northwest companies that can achieve sufficient profitability and growth. Sometimes we participate as lead partner in conjunction with one or more of our clients. In certain cases, we purchase as outright owner.

Assuming a predictable and reasonable return on investment, we are interested in most all areas of business, such as:

· Real Estate

In these and other industries, our level of interest and investment is directly related to a company's potential, the amount of capital which is required and the degree to which Stonemark will share in management.
