First, please understand that registration is the most limited form of service; and the only one that most Intermediaries offer. Registration is no sure thing. We recommend that you register with other brokers and continue networking.  Second, registration allows us to discuss possible acquisitions opportunities with you in detail. We can provide you confidential company briefs, arrange tours of company facilities, and set-up meetings with sellers. Registration is a little like entering the lottery - but it doesn't have to cost a dollar. Only your approval.

Program Costs & Considerations.

• Buyer Registration is required before we can discuss prospective candidates with you.
• It is the only way for new buyers to receive information about companies for sale.
• In registering we ask for your basic information, such as address, phone and fax. In addition, it is necessary to understand your criteria and capabilities.
• All information you provide is CONFIDENTIAL and may only be released to Company, owners, advisors and brokers we deem qualified.
• There is no commitment fee for the preferred program. In most cases, you can expect the Seller to pay the fees due Stonemark.
• We do ask that you agree to compensate us in the event you purchase a business we locate which is not formally listed for sale or on which the Buyer does not pay us.
• For registering you receive a 5% discount on Stonemark University Books, Tapes & Tools.
• And will be notified of appropriate Stonemark Previews and Seminars.
