Sneak Peek Details & Rules: The above buyers are a very small portion of the
buyers we routinely work with. In many cases, we have, on file, detailed information
about a buyer's specific acquisition criteria. Generally we also ask for Buyer
Registration Agreements that provide us with further data about them. In some cases,
these buyers may have been brought to us by other Brokers and Intermediaries.
The description and financial data above
are as portrayed by the buyer's management or from other information made available to
Stonemark. Some data may be rounded. If EBIT ranges are indicated, these are
generally considered to be adjusted EBIT numbers. Click here to learn more about Stonemark's financial analysis process. Stonemark has not undertaken an audit or due-diligence study of the buyer's
financial statements or capability and correspondingly, takes no responsibility for errors
or omissions. Sellers are expected to undertake their own review of each buyer's
financial qualifications before deciding what information to provide prospective
purchasers.
Confidential: Usually,
we have secured the Buyer's Agreement to hold information they may get from you as
confidential. In return, some Buyers also wish to have their identities, plans and
qualifications held in confidence by Sellers. Data here is intended to give you a
feel for the buyer without revealing their name or identity. Should you be able to
ascertain a buyer's identity from the clues above we ask that you hold your knowledge of
their interest confidential.
How to learn more: To receive more
detailed information about any Stonemark Buyer, it is not necessary to provide your
financial information or even the name of your firm. Simply contact a Stonemark representative to discuss
your thoughts in private. If you like, we will not notify the Buyer of the
discussion. We prefer to have the Seller engage us to represent them and pay our
fee. But it is also possible to have the Buyer pay the fee. Most are willing
to do so if your company is an attractive purchase for them. If you would like to
know more about the various services Stonemark has to offer please visit our Seller Page. |
